Streamlining Systems at CEFI

At CEFI Capital, a private equity firm, I led a digital organization project to streamline the company's file system. When I started, documents were scattered and difficult to find. I created a new folder structure, standardized file naming, and reorganized hundreds of documents to make everything easier to access. I also wrote guidelines to help future interns and employees maintain the system. This work improved day-to-day operations and taught me how small structural changes can make a big impact in a fast-paced work environment.
